This frosting is very easy, light, and fluffy. In fact, this is the lightest, fluffiest paleo frosting I’ve tried. It is very subtly sweet and would be great on chocolate layer cake, pumpkin bars, etc. It’s also perfect for molasses cookies. I sprinkled a little cinnamon on top of the cookies after frosting, just to jazz them up a bit!
- Place all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
- Using a hand mixer, blend until fluffy.
- Use immediately or refrigerate up to one week.
NOTE: Bring frosting to room temperature before spreading.
